High End Design in a World Class SF Neighborhood

LuXe in San Francisco's ultra-desired Pacific Heights neighborhood is one of many examples of the rapid modernization of the City by the Bay. Designed by Forum Design and Edmonds & Lee Architects, the building is considerably smaller than most high-end developments with 34 units, but what it may 'lack' in number, it gains in sleekly styled architecture and design and an open-ness rarely achieved in one, two and three bedrooms.

Self described as "modern elegance inspired by simple and deeply considered lines, fluid interior spaces, bold finishes and cleanly articulated exterior spaces," the building and it's spaces are clean-lined and boldly structural in feeling. Use of recessed and natural lighting bring the spaces an airy feeling with no hint of cold modernist vibes.
